Ina Strydom brings 18 years of in-depth experience working in medical practices, while Frans Strydom adds another 8 years of industry knowledge. Together, they have performed every vital administrative function a practice requires—ranging from billing, debt collection, statement reconciliations, and medical aid claims, to reception duties, appointment bookings, and daily patient interactions.
Their journey has brought them face-to-face with all types of patients, and they have consistently handled every situation with professionalism, honesty, and a deep sense of fairness—both to the patient and the practice.
