How do I sign up with Strong Life Billing?

Signing up is done easily. You can book a free consultation for a quote directly online (click here), after we have met in person, explained our processes, and signed all required documentation we’ll book an orientation session. After all that, you are set to go—without the stress, worry, and hustle of any administration duties.

How does payment work?

Payments are done once a month. At the beginning of every month a statement will be sent to the medical practice and payment is made within thirty days.

What are your services?

Upon registration, we’ll configure your access to our online billing platform. Each day, you simply upload your treatment codes and we take care of the billing. We review your aged-debt analysis to identify outstanding accounts and allocate incoming payments. Patient appointments are managed both through our online portal and by phone, and we send automated reminders to ensure timely attendance. Finally, every week you’ll receive a clear, concise report summarizing your billing activity and appointment metrics.

Do you claim from Medical Aid?

This depends on the medical practice’s policy. But yes, we do. We’ll handle all the administrative duties that you need for your practice—whether it is submitting claims or claiming directly from the patients.
